Bio:

Reci Smith’s teaching interests include English, literature, and writing courses. She enjoys using critical conversations and hands-on activities in the classroom to push the class’  understanding of the world around them  and their role in it. In her classes, she envisions using dialogue and engaging activities in a meaningful way to challenge students personally, spiritually, and academically.

When she is not busy being her kids' chauffeur, she enjoys traveling, cooking, reading, hiking, being active with her family, researching best pedagogical practices (yes! It’s true), and playing games.
